North Korea adopts scientific technologies in maritime farming.
The North’s official news outlet Korean Central News Agency reports Kimilsung University’s maritime research team contributed to improving the maritime farming.
The report said the team studied the appropriate types of fish and farming methods and density for different zones in the East and West Seas.
The KCNA claimed that the new technology made achievements in farming shell fish, eel, abalone and sea cucumber.
