S. Korean Footballers Draw with Germany 3-3

In a seesaw game that wrapped up with an injury time equalizer from Germany, the South Korean men's Olympic football team was held to a 3-3 draw at Fonte Nova Arena in Salvador.
In their Rio Olympic Group C match on Sunday, Hwang Hee-chan got Team Korea rolling first with a 24th minute goal before Serge Gnabry leveled the scoring nine minutes later.
Germany began to charge ahead with Davie Selke's goal in the 55th minute, but South Korea's Son Heung-min quickly answered within two minutes.
Suk Hyun-jun put South Korea top again in the 87th, but the team was denied victory by Gnabry again, who connected a free kick into the net in stoppage time.
With four points under its belt, South Korea remains on top of the Group C ahead of Mexico by goal differential, after Mexico beat Fiji 5-1 earlier in the day.
South Korea will be able to advance to the quarterfinal with a draw with Mexico.
The two will face off at the Mane Garrincha Stadium in Brasilia on Wednesday.
South Korea routed Fiji 8-0 in their first Group C match on Friday.
