North Korea expresses gratitude to the international community for the aids in its recovery from flood damages in August.
The North’s official Korean Central News Agency quoted a Foreign Ministry spokesman as saying that the country suffered serious human and physical damages from the heavy downpours but could recover in a record short time thanks to the United Nations and other international organizations and countries.
KCNA added that North Korea would continue to make efforts to strengthen cooperation with international organizations and other countries.
