Singer Jay Park is now making forays into the management realm. Park has established his own independent label, AOMG. AOMG stands for "Above Ordinary Music Group".

The young star will still be under Sidus HQ as an artist. However, he'll be branching out into other areas of music by helping to discover new talents.

Currently, AOMG houses Jun Goon who has been a part of albums for artists like Wheesung and Taeyang, and Gray who has featured for big hip hop names like Zion. T and Swings. Another name is Cha Cha Malone, who is a member of Jay Park's dance crew AOM. Cha Cha Malone has
already worked on a few songs with Jay Park.
