BTS’ new album sells over 750,000 copies in first week of sales
The boy group BTS’ latest album has sold more than 750,000 copies in the first week of sales.

The group’s brand new album, “Love Yourself: Her,” was released on September 18. Since its release the album sold 759,263 copies during the first week, breaking the previous record held by the group by nearly twofold. BTS’s 2016 album “Wings: You Never Walk Alone,” sold around 370,000 copies in the same period.

Meanwhile, “Love Yourself: Her” has risen to No. 7 on American music publication Billboard’s main album chart. Upon its release, the album topped iTunes albums charts in 73 countries while the main song landed at No.1 on iTunes’ top songs charts in 29 nations.
