Kang Won-rae, member of popular duo Clon, became paralyzed waist down from a motorcycle accident in November of 2001. Kang was forced to stay away from the music scene due to his rehabilitation treatment and the trial, through which Kang eventually received a record 20 billion won from the insurance company. Word is out that Kang Won-rae is currently working on his new album with song writer Kim Chang-hwan. His former Clon partner Gu Joon-yup is also working on his solo album which will be released in August.
