It's already been two years! Actor Song Joong-ki has been officially discharged on May 26th after fulfilling his mandatory military service.

Song was met by reporters at the 2nd Infantry Division in Goseong County of Gangwon Province.

As for who gave him the most strength to get through the past two years, Song answered saying it was his best friend Lee Kwang-soo. Song reportedly watched Lee on the television show "Running Man" often.

Song has already been confirmed for his first comeback project following his discharge. He will star in KBS2's upcoming drama, "Descendants of the Sun".
