At the Seoul Yeongdeungpo Time Square Pop Art Hall on Thursday morning, the 2013 Special Olympics World Winter Games mascot "Ra," an blue Asiatic black bear, "In," a red sheep, and the green sheep dog "Bow," were unveiled. The Special Olympics World Winter Games is a winter sports festival for people with intellectual development disability, those who are autistic, have cerebral palsy, or Down's Syndrome. It is held every four years when there are no summer games. The games in Pyeongchang will be held at the Alpensia and Yongpyeong Resorts and the Gangneung International Ice Rink in Gangwon Province from January 26th to February 7th in 2013.
