Pianist Ikuro Fujiwara to Perform in Korea
Japanese new age pianist Ikuro Fujiwara, known for performing the song "Deep Sea" from the TV drama "Winter Sonata," will give his first concert in Korea Nov. 24 at the Seoul Women's Plaza.

The pianist is already famous in Korea for his albums "Machi" and "Tenderness" and the original soundtrack of the movie "Curtain Call." He has also gained popularity for participating in the joint piano album "Ten Pianists."

Fujiwara has gained recognition both in classical and popular music genres, and has wrote music for many famous Japanese TV dramas and movies such as "69 Sixty Nine." He has also received requests to write music for Korean movies from Korean film producers thanks to his superb OST composing skills.
