We look at a couple of less high-profile films this time, with film critics Jason Bechervaise and Darcy Paquet joining Korea24’s #MovieSpotlight to first discuss ‘The Boogeyman (부기맨)’, the Hollywood horror film directed by British filmmaker Rob Savage.

The movie, starring Sophie Thatcher (@soapy.t) and Vivian Lyra Blair, is an adaptation of the short story by Stephen King, which was first published in 1973.

Then, we’ll discuss Dream Palace(드림팰리스), the Korean independent film directed and written by KA Sung-moon. KA’s feature debut premiered at the Busan Film Festival last year, and stars Kim Sun-young, Lee Yoon-ji, and Kim Tae-hoon.
