Reuters says Russia launched an intercontinental ballistic missile(ICBM) at Ukraine in the early hours of Thursday. 

The report quoted the Ukrainian air force as saying the ICBM was launched from Russia’s southern Astrakhan region and the attack targeted enterprises and critical infrastructure in the central-eastern city of Dnipro.

The air force added that it shot down six Kh-101 cruise missiles that Russia had launched along with the ICBM.
