The police special investigation team looking into last week’s short-lived martial law incident has summoned eleven people for questioning, including Prime Minister Han Duck-soo and other Cabinet members.

The Korean National Police Agency team said Tuesday that it has called in the eleven people and finished questioning one.

On the list is national security director Cho Tae-yong, who is not a member of the Cabinet but reportedly attended Cabinet meetings before and after the martial law declaration.

The Cabinet consists of the president, the prime minister and 19 other ministers.

The special investigation team said it will take legal steps if the people it summoned refuse to comply.
