President Yoon Suk Yeol says he will never give up and will do his best for the country to the end, keeping in mind the reproaches he received as well as the encouragement and support. 

Shortly after his impeachment Saturday, Yoon released a statement saying his journey toward the future with the people will never end.

While saying he will “stop for a while,” Yoon resolved to never give up and asked public officials to unite with the acting president to safeguard the people’s safety and happiness. 

He also called for a turnaround in South Korean politics, saying the approach should change from recklessness and confrontation to deliberation and consideration.
