President Yoon Suk Yeol has failed to respond to a third request to appear for questioning by the anti-corruption body probing his December 3 martial law decree.

According to the Corruption Investigation Office for High-ranking Officials (CIO), Yoon did not appear for questioning at the CIO office in Gwacheon by 10 a.m. on Sunday.

A CIO official said that Yoon's side has not yet submitted any documents about his representatives for the investigation or consulted security for the planned questioning.

The official said that Yoon is also refusing to receive the CIO's summons and other documents.

Yoon previously did not respond to the team's similar requests for attendance at a questioning session on December 18 and 25.
