Former President Yoon Suk Yeol appeared for the fourth hearing in his criminal insurrection trial on Monday, walking into the courthouse publicly as he did last time.

The impeached president arrived at the west wing of the Seoul Central District Court around 10 a.m. for the 10:15 a.m. hearing.

Yoon stepped out of a black vehicle with a stern expression and headed directly into the courthouse, without responding to reporters’ questions about the trial or the presidential election.

Yoon announced on Saturday that he was leaving the People Power Party and called on his supporters to rally behind the party’s presidential candidate, Kim Moon-soo.

In the fourth hearing, the court will listen to testimony from Park Jeong-hwan, chief of staff of the Army Special Warfare Command, and Brig. Gen. Lee Sang-hyun, commander of the First Special Forces Airborne Brigade.
