The Korea Baseball Organization(KBO) unveiled the schedule for 53 makeup games in the 2025 season, setting up a late-September showdown between the first-place LG Twins and second-place Hanwha Eagles that could decide a direct berth in the Korean Series.

According to the KBO on Tuesday, the games will be played through September 30.

Three matches between the league's two current best teams, the LG Twins and the Hanwha Eagles, are scheduled to run from September 26 to 28, where the winner of the season could be determined.

The Twins are currently leading the Eagles by two games.

The regular-season winners automatically enter the Korean Series, while the runner-up will have to win a best-of-five postseason round to reach the championship round.
