New daily COVID-19 cases registered in the four-thousands on Monday.

The Central Disease Control Headquarters said that four-thousand-204 infections were reported throughout Sunday, including nine from overseas, bringing the total caseload to over 30-million-773-thousand. 

The figure rose by 274 from a week ago and is up by seven from two weeks ago. 

With nine-thousand-361 cases registered for Sunday, the daily average for the past week to Monday was tallied at ten-thousand-111.

The number of hospitalized patients in intensive care reached 153, up by four from a day ago.

Three additional deaths were reported to raise the death toll to 34-thousand-223. The overall fatality rate remains at zero-point-11 percent.
