Random information.
we muslim also celebrate lunar new year which is not lunisolar but follows a purely lunar calendar of 12 months that retrogresses through the Gregorian and Julian calendar years.  The day of Muslim New Year may thus fall in any season on the calendar.

Usually we'll celebrate it within our community.. the celebrations are not so grand. while on EID, there will be mass migration. that's why the government set a day off for almost 2 weeks. During this celebration, everyone returns to their hometown to gather with their families. the best part?? EIDEE (exactly like Hóngbāo / a red envelope/ a monetary gift). hehehehehe.
