ⓒ H1GHRMUSIC RECORDSYi Seoyeon, formerly of fromis_9, will debut as a solo artist this month. Yi signed with a new label and will promote under the stage name Y:sy.
Yi debuted as fromis_9’s main dancer in 2018 but exited the group last December after her contract with Pledis Entertainment expired.
Following her departure, the group reorganized as a five-member act and released its sixth EP “From Our 20’s” in June. fromis_9 also announced that it will put out a Christmas carol in time for the winter holidays.
