S. Korea Advances to Semifinals of World Women's Curling Championship

The South Korean team has advanced into the semifinals of the 2014 Ford World Women's Curling Championship.

Team Korea beat Sweden, which ranks number one in the world, 7-5 during the match held in Saint John, Canada.
 
The last time South Korea advanced to the event’s semifinals was in 2012.
 
South Korea will face Russia on Saturday.
