Radio Free Asia said the construction of a tuberculosis center funded by a U.S. civic group will be completed next month in Pyongyang.
 
Christian Friends of Korea began building the training center last spring. It has used Pyongyang's outdated central tuberculosis hospital during the construction.  
 
Once it opens, the new center will hold its first training of some 50 North Korean tuberculosis researchers. 
 
Four health experts from Stanford University and Andrews University in the U.S. are expected to take part in the training.
