Lydia Ko Wins First LPGA Title as Pro

Korean-New Zealander golfer Lydia Ko has won the Swinging Skirts LPGA Classic tournament in California.

The 17-year-old golfer beat U.S. competitor Stacy Lewis by one stroke to finish at 12-under-par.

It is a third LPGA Tour win for Ko, but the first since the teen went professional last October.

Korea’s Jenny Shin ranked third with ten-under-par. Other Korean golfers, Park In-bee and Kim Hyo-joo came in fourth and seventh, respectively.
