The Cultural Heritage Administration says that a mountain fortress southeast of Seoul will more than likely be added to the UNESCO World Heritage List.
 
The administration said Tuesday UNESCO’s International Council on Monuments and Sites recommended that Namhansanseong fortress be included in the list.

While decisions are the responsibility of the World Heritage Committee, usually they accept the recommendations.

The final decision will be made at the 38th World Heritage Committee meeting which will be held from June 15th to the 25th in Qatar.
