Korean Speaking Contest to be Held in London

The King Sejong Institute Foundation (KSIF) said it will host its first Korean speaking contest in Europe on June 28 at the Korean Cultural Center in London.

Twenty-five 'Sejong hakdang' learning centers for the Korean language are located in 15 countries in Europe. Students learning Korean at the centers will compete in preliminary rounds in their respective regions before entering the main competition.

Students will be given the challenge of speaking in Korean while covering the theme of Korean culture.

Participants must submit a registration form, a resume with a picture and a self-introduction written in Korean to the KSIF regional websites.
