UN Command Issues Warning Against N. Korea for Sending Drones

The United Nations Command in Seoul issued a warning to North Korea after it was confirmed the North had sent three drones to the South.

A military source said the UNC issued the warning on Friday through a loudspeaker at the Military Demarcation Line within the Joint Security Area.

The command said North Korea's infiltration activities are clear violations of the Korean War Armistice Agreement and the South-North non-aggression agreements.

The defense ministry requested the UN Command issue the warning after it concluded the three drones were sent from North Korea and were programmed to return home.
