Korean Online Games Dominate Chinese Market Last Year

South Korean online game makers grabbed more than 90 percent of the market share in China last year. Out of 74 online games which were popular in China last year, South Korean ones accounted for 36 or 49 percent of the total. Next in line were Chinese and Taiwanese brands. Moreover, seven out of the ten most popular games in China were Korean-made. The numbers are from the state-run Korea Trade and Investment Promotion Agency.
