Seoul Subway Cars to Have Fluorescent Emergency Signboards

The Seoul Metropolitan Subway Corporation plans to install fluorescent signboards in subway trains in an effort to ensure safety. An official of the subway corporation said they will begin installation work from March 17th. The installation of the signboards comes in the wake of the disastrous fire in a subway station in Daegu city which killed one hundred-98 people.
