Organizers are inviting people to participate in the fourth Olleh International Smartphone Film Festival.
 
Participants must submit films ten minutes or less made solely with their smartphones between July 1 and August 14.
 
This year's film festival will open on September 15 with filmmaker Ryoo Seung-wan serving as the jury chief.
 
The shortlisted films will be shown for two days from September 16 at a movie theater in Seoul.
