Five North Korean fishermen rescued near Dokdo went back to the North on Monday through the neutral border village of Panmunjeom.
 
The Unification Ministry said Monday that it repatriated the five men as all of them wanted to go back to the North.
 
The Coast Guard rescued the fishermen from a sinking boat 60 kilometers northeast of Dokdo Friday morning.
 
The fishing boat sank completely while it was being towed to shore.
