Three S. Korean Soldiers Killed in Heavy Currents in East Timor

Three South Korean soldiers serving as part of the U-N peacekeeping force in East Timor were killed after being swept away by strong currents caused by heavy rainfall. The Joint Chiefs of Staff said Thursday that two other Korean soldiers are missing. The accident occurred when the South Korean soldiers were crossing a river in Oecussi, about 200 kilometers from East Timor
