The latest song by South Korean singer PSY has ranked 26th on the Billboard Hot 100 chart ten days after its release.
Billboard.com said that the song “Hangover” came in 26th on this week's chart, showing strength in streamed radio songs.
PSY has become the first Asian singer to put three songs in a row in the top 30 songs on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
His global phenomenon “Gangnam Style” remained second on the chart for seven consecutive weeks after taking 64th place in September 2012. His follow-up song “Gentlemen” debuted at 12th in April last year and quickly rose to fifth.
The five-minute music video depicts a hilarious view of Korea's unique drinking culture. It attracted nearly 70 million views on YouTube as of Thursday morning.
PSY’s agency, YG Entertainment, says that PSY has again caught the attention of pop music fans around the world with the hip-hop style song featuring rap legend Snoop Dogg.
