KBS brought the enjoyment of watching FIFA World Cup soccer matches to the next level when it recently broadcasted one of the matches on Ultra High Definition (UHD) displays.

The match between Columbia and Uruguay held early on Sunday was broadcasted live on UHD TVs at Seoul Station, KBS headquarters, KBS Daejeon and KBS Jeju.

The match will be recorded in UHD and rebroadcasted at the four locations until 6 p.m. Sunday.

KBS plans to broadcast quarterfinals and final matches in UHD at the same locations.
