South Korea received 95-point-212 points in the AFC's tally of national teams and AFC club competitions since 2011. It beat second place Saudi Arabia by seven-point-38 points.
 
South Korea earned many of its points by having its club teams advance to the finals of the AFC Champions League for three consecutive years since 2011. Korean teams won the championship once and were twice runners up in that period.
 
Iran ranked third with 83-point-159 points and Japan ranked fourth with 78-point-655 points.
