N. Korean Olympic Cmte Officials in Seoul for Asiad Draw

A delegation from North Korea's National Olympic Committee has arrived in South Korea to take part in the group drawing for the Incheon Asian Games.

Departing from Beijing on a Chinese flight, the North Korean officials arrived at Incheon International Airport on Tuesday night.

The eight-member delegation is set to attend on Wednesday an international symposium celebrating the opening of the games, followed by the group drawing on Thursday.

They will also tour the Asian Games main stadium, the athletes' village and other key facilities before returning home on Friday afternoon.

North Korea notified the South last Wednesday that it would send a 352-member squad to the Asian Games, including 150 athletes who will compete in 14 events.

The Asian Games are scheduled to open on September 19.
