President Park Geun-hye has visited the National Training Center to encourage South Korean athletes ahead of the 2014 Incheon Asian Games, beginning next month. 

At the training facility located in Taeneung, northeastern Seoul, the president called for active support for the athletes so they could show their best performance at the games.

She also watched training sessions of various athletes such as gymnast Yang Hak-seon and fencer Nam Hyun-hee.

It was her second visit to the training center since January 8, when she encouraged Korean athletes who were preparing for the Sochi Winter Olympics.
