The United States, United Kingdom and Spain have set Monday as the deadline to push through a resolution in the U-N Security Council. The move came after a summit on Sunday among U.S. President George w. Bush, British Prime Minister Tony Blair and Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar at an American air base in the Azores Islands, Portuguese territory in the Atlantic Ocean. In a news conference after the summit, Bush said Monday will be the moment of truth for the world.
