The Seoul Metropolitan Government will host the 1st Job Fair for Foreign Residents 2014 on Thursday at the Seoul Trade Exhibition Center.
 
The event is being sponsored by 15 universities in Seoul and the education office of the Chinese Embassy in Seoul. Sixty-four South Korean and foreign companies hoping to recruit foreigners in various fields, including information technology, education or manufacturing, will take part in the job fair.
 
Around three-thousand foreigners, including those married to Koreans, repatriates and international students, are expected to participate in the fair. Consulting and logistics firms as well as online game developers plan to hire 340 people at the event.
 
Foreigners who wish to take part in the job fair must take their resumes and cover letters to the event and can take part in interviews on the spot.
