NHI Activates Emergency Working System

The National Health Institute has activated an emergency working system. The move comes amid the recent spread of a mysterious pneumonia in China, Hong Kong and Vietnam. After an emergency meeting on Monday with experts and related officials, the institute circulated across the country guidelines on how to treat a patient with the atypical illness. The state-run institute is advising that those suspected of having the illness should be hospitalized, isolated and tested for a swift diagnosis.
