N. Korea Returns S. Korean Defector through Panmunjeom

North Korea has returned a South Korean national who illegally entered the communist country.
 
South Korea's unification ministry said the North handed over a South Korean defector in his early 50s, identified as Kim, through the truce village of Panmunjeom on Thursday morning. 
 
The government plans to check his health, as well as details and his reasons for entering the North.
 
Kim, who lives in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province is said to have entered the North through a third country after suffering from financial difficulties in South Korea.
