The mysterious pneumonia stemming from China is rapidly spreading to other parts of the world. Hong Kong authorities said those suffering from the atypical illness has risen from 83 to 111 as of Monday. In Germany, a Singaporean doctor and his wife were confirmed to have contracted the pneumonia. Cases of the deadly illness have been reported in Vietnam, Singapore, Canada, Australia and Germany.
