KITA Sets up Emergency Operations Center

The Korea International Trade Association has set up an emergency operations center to respond to contingencies from the war in Iraq.

The center, manned by experts on distribution, trade and financing, will provide emergency assistance to Korean business firms trading with Middle Eastern countries.

The center will also offer emergency financing and tax benefits, including loans and loan guarantees.
