Korea International Art Fair Kicks off on Thursday

South Korea's largest annual art convention is now underway in Seoul.
 
The Korea International Art Fair kicked off on Thursday at the Convention and Exhibition Center (Coex) in southern Seoul.
 
More than 180 galleries from 22 countries around the world are displaying paintings, sculptures, photography and installations at the five-day event.
 
Around three-thousand-500 pieces by hundreds of well-known artists from home and abroad, including Lee Woo-hwan, Kim Chang-yul and Damien Hirst, are being put up for sale.
 
The art fair this year will spotlight around 200 works of art from six Southeast Asian countries designated as the main guests of the event, including Singapore and Indonesia.
