The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Energy has designated 45 Korean goods as world-class products.

Of the total, 19 are currently the world's top products each with the market share of five percent and 26 are the ones considered to have the potential to capture the top five percent market share within three years.

As a result, the number of world class products has grown to more than three-hundred since September Two-thousand-one when the ministry began the designation.
