South Korean shooters have grabbed more medals on the eighth day of the Incheon Asian Games.
The squad of Yoo Seo-young, Jeong Mi-ra and Kim Seol-a took silver in the women’s rifle three-position event on Friday with a total of 17-hundred-34 points, while China took gold.
Jeong Mi-ra added another silver in the women's 50-meter rifle three position individual event with 455-point-five points.
Minutes later, the team of Kim Young-min, Jang Dae-kyu and Kim Jin-il finished third and took the bronze in the men's 25-meter fire pistol event with a combined score of 17-hundred-39 points. China finished first and India second.
As of Friday afternoon, South Korea has picked up seven gold, six silver and two bronze medals in shooting.
Meanwhile, South Korea will also aim to secure a gold in bowling on Friday, while swimming star Park Tae-hwan will compete in his final event, the men's 15-hundred meter freestyle, to vie for his sixth medal at the Incheon Asiad.
