2 Palaces in Downtown Seoul to Open at Night for Fall Season

Gyeongbok and Changgyeong Palaces in downtown Seoul will be opened at night during the fall season when tree leaves turn crimson and create a scenic view.
 
The palaces will be open from 7 to 10 p.m., with Gyeongbok Palace running the special night hours from October 22 to November 3 and Changgyeong Palace from October 21 to November 2.
 
A max quota of two thousand admissions per night will be set for Gyeongbok, while Changgyeong will allow 22-hundred visitors a night. Ticket sales will also be limited to two per person.
 
Ticket purchases will be allowed until 9 p.m., and reservations can be made online or by using a smartphone application.  
 
Senior citizens 65 and older and visitors from overseas can only buy tickets on-site or through phone reservations.
 
People with disabilities and meritorious citizens will be admitted for free to up to 50 people from each group per day.
