A North Korean delegation, including three of the North's top officials, returned home Saturday night after making a surprise visit to South Korea to attend the closing ceremony of the Incheon Asian Games.

Hwang Pyong-so, director of the Korean People's Army General Political Bureau, Choe Ryong- hae, a secretary of the North's ruling Workers' Party and Kim Yang-gon, head of the ruling Workers' Party's United Front Department flew back to Pyongyang at around 10:25 p.m. Saturday from Incheon International Airport.
