Paul Potts Sings Korean Trot Song on KBS Program

World famous opera tenor and audition program star Paul Potts sang a song of of Korea's old fashioned trot genre on a KBS music program.

The “Britain’s Got Talent” winner on Monday appeared for the recording of the KBS program “Immortal Songs” and sang Korean trot song “Love” together with Im Tae-kyung as a surprise competitor. The recorded episode will be aired on October 25.

Producer Kwon Jae-young said that Potts singing in a Korean musical genre that originated in the early 20th century would add a little spice to the show and Potts gladly accepted his proposal. 

The KBS program recently filmed an episode with American pop singer Michael Bolton, which will be aired on October 18.
