"No Change in N. Korea's Attitude on Sinking of S. Korean Warship"

Seoul's Defense Ministry says North Korea hasn't changed its attitude on the 2010 sinking of the Cheonan warship and the shelling of Yeonpyeong Island in the following year.

A ministry official who attended Wednesday's inter-Korean military talks made the remark during a news briefing on Friday.

The official said that South Korea reminded the North at the talks that it is responsible for both incidents.

The North, however, only delivered its basic position as before without expressing regrets or offering an apology.
