N. Korea Claims S. Korean Police Did Not Block Launch of Leaflets

North Korea has claimed that South Korean police did not actively block activists from launching anti-Pyongyang propaganda leaflets.

The North’s official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Sunday that South Korean residents in Paju near the inter-Korean border and members of civic groups strongly protested against the activists’ leaflet campaign by seizing the leaflets and balloons on Saturday.

The KCNA said that South Korean police, however, did not stop the anti-Pyongyang activists and blocked liberal activists instead.
