North Korea has criticized South Korea for helping the United States pass a United Nations resolution on its human rights issue.

The North’s Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Fatherland said Sunday that Seoul joined Washington’s anti-North Korea plot, which is equivalent to declaring an all-out war against Pyongyang.

The committee claimed that North Korea is an earthly paradise that guarantees the rights and dignity of its people and it will not tolerate any move to hurt its dignity, system and people.

The committee also criticized Seoul for seeking to legislate the North Korean Human Rights Act and to open a UN field office that would cover issues of human rights in North Korea.
